Fellow EV Users,
  I have two EV's on the way and so far the only spec I know for the shaft is 8mm 
diameter.  Is a 5/16" bore with a set screw the right match for this shaft?  
  From the pictures the shaft looks like it was made for something with slots.   Is 
there anywhere to get  a slotted pulley/sprocket?  
  The shaft wouldn't happen to also be keyed, would it?
