We buy most of our sprockets from McMaster-Carr (which has a warehouse
near you, so parts will probably arrive the next day). As far as
mounting sprockets on the EVs, we use 1/2" bore sprockets and then make
a bushing for the 8mm shaft. The EVs we purchased came with the entire
bicycle assembly, which included such a bushing. But, if you can't find
those or make one yourself, just let me know and I'll make one out of
bronze for you.

Yep. He's still got plenty (one full spool is in my garage!!). If you
send him your address privately, he'll check out the shipping charges.

The Tiger-1 uses a 26Ah 12-volt battery which is sufficient for a full
battle. Will uses a slightly larger battery because it was the same
price and Tyng uses a slightly smaller battery. Anywhere in that
ballpark should be sufficient.

Don't worry about that in the beginning. Once you get the hull moving,
it's a straight-forward process to make it radio controlled. Any basic
6 channel radio will work fine. Futaba, Airtronics and HiTec all have
similar low-end packages.
