A friend of mine recovered an operational electric golf
bag
carrier from a dumpster, looks like the motor is 150w
and
after he strapped on a working battery, it ran
great.
Brand new they cost $500 to $1000 but if you
run
across a used one, it may work great for a tank.
I also saw on the 'web that a lot of
companies
manufacture electric golf caddies that
come
with their own remote control
transmitters
and receivers; some have multiple
speeds,
turn directions, and reverse. Might be
worth
keeping an eye out for in the
classifieds..
